The renowned Caesars Entertainment is making a grand debut in Nebraska! They are constructing a sprawling entertainment complex, the first of its kind in the state, nestled in the core of the Cornhusker State. Prepare for an exhilarating adventure because this venue is slated to debut in early 2024, showcasing the largest horse racing oval in Nebraska!

Recently, Caesars offered a glimpse to the public, revealing captivating details and exhibiting the resort’s architecture. Notable figures like Columbus Mayor Jim Bulkley and delegates from the Columbus Exposition and Racing, the Chamber of Commerce, and the project’s construction firm, Whiting-Turner, were all present.

Picture this: a 28,000 square-foot casino level bustling with over 500 slot machines, 14 live-action table games, and a designated sports wagering area. And for those who relish in indulgence, the resort will boast Caesars’ signature eatery, The Brew Brothers, and a trendy new gathering place called Wishbones, a tribute to a cherished local entertainment venue that shuttered in 2021.

And here’s a bonus: no need to venture far for a restful night’s sleep! A Fairfield Inn and Townplace Suites by Marriott will be conveniently situated adjacent, linked to the casino.

Todd Connelly, a Caesars executive, expressed his enthusiasm, “This marks a significant achievement for us, and we eagerly anticipate presenting this remarkable destination to Nebraska. We are delighted to collaborate with such exceptional partners and value the incredible backing from the Columbus community. We look forward to welcoming you all at the grand opening in 2024!”

The firm is establishing a short-term gaming venue, dubbed Ag Park, anticipated to debut in the late spring of 2023. It will feature approximately 200 slot machines and cutting-edge technology to ensure an exhilarating experience.

This provides patrons an opportunity to begin accumulating Caesar’s Rewards points prior to the grand opening of the comprehensive Harrah’s Columbus Racetrack and Casino the following year.
