## Abios Joins Forces with Rei do Pitaco to Enhance Fantasy Soccer in Brazil
Abios, a Kambi Group subsidiary specializing in competitive gaming data, has teamed up with Rei do Pitaco (RDP), a prominent daily fantasy sports provider in Brazil. This alliance seeks to bolster RDP’s fantasy soccer offerings by leveraging Abios’ state-of-the-art esports solutions.
Through this collaboration, Abios will furnish RDP with a comprehensive set of esports resources, encompassing live broadcasts, probability streams, and other valuable data metrics. Abios’ esports data platform encompasses a vast quantity of matches – exceeding 11,000 monthly! – drawing upon real-time information from rights holders and employing sophisticated automated modeling methods. This robust platform became a part of the Kambi network in November 2023.
Anton Janér, Chief Executive of Abios, conveyed his excitement about the partnership: “We are delighted to commence this extended collaboration with Rei do Pitaco. By supplying continuous esports content, we aspire to enrich the fantasy soccer experience for countless players in Brazil. This aligns seamlessly with Rei do Pitaco’s dedication to providing captivating products, and we are eager to work closely with them in molding the future of esports encounters.”
Kiko Augusto, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of RDP, shared this sentiment: “Broadening our association with the Kambi Group through this partnership with Abios is a remarkable prospect. We are perpetually seeking avenues to augment our product offerings, and incorporating Abios’ esports data is a logical progression.”
This alliance expands upon the pre-existing relationship between the organizations, as Kambi acquired Abios in August 2021.
The firm RDP has teamed up with Abios to incorporate their competitive gaming odds offerings for soccer into their sports wagering system. This collaboration will drive RDP’s pre-game and live betting options, mechanize competition calendaring, and furnish instruments for hazard control.
Although Abios is recognized for their efforts in esports soccer, they’ve also diversified to provide coverage for other popular competitive gaming titles such as eBasketball, Counter-Strike, and League of Legends.
This action from RDP arrives as Brazil’s regulatory environment is evolving, and RDP is tactically placing themselves to broaden their sports wagering offerings as new regulations are implemented.
