The United Kingdom’s National Lottery manager, Camelot, has at last reintroduced its iOS application after it was withdrawn almost a month ago. Camelot released a notice to players informing them the app is back and completely operational.

Those using Android devices haven’t been neglected! In a significant “Player Message,” Camelot assured them that their app version is undergoing final checks and will be ready shortly.

This situation began in October when Camelot was forced to take down both its iOS and Android applications from app marketplaces. There were some quite serious technical issues, with participants receiving erroneous notifications stating they hadn’t won, even when they had. It seems the problems affected both manually inputted tickets and those scanned through the app.

Camelot has encountered considerable criticism in the British media for not treating customer grievances seriously enough, but company officials state they are dedicated to enhancing their online and mobile offerings. They’ve also emphasized that the updated app has undergone independent evaluation to guarantee its dependability.
